"Everything was fine except for the meals. The staff was really good, the hotel was old but still not too bad, the grounds were good and there was evidence that efforts were being taken to make them even better. The food was bad beyond description, lots of balogna and sausages and even the items which could have been good such as fish and chicken was so poorly cooked and flovoured that it was not edible. After the first two days when I became very ill I lived on poached eggs, toast and pineapple."

"Lovely hotel, very quiet, family-friendly. Great food, entertainment, excursions. Worth every dollar spent (not cheap during the holiday season). I have no words for the ocean, the beach was combination and corals, great for snorkeling. Great vacation!"

"Very friendly staff, unlike in other hotels in Cuba I've been to, here I had no problems communicating in English. Food is pretty much standard for Cuba, however fresh fruits and juice were always available. Beach is huge (shared by few hotels) , clean, however watch for natural rocks here and there. Good entertainment and plenty of activities."

This beach was spectacular with sand and turqoise water! The snack bar is great and so is the bar! The food very good there is a wide selection, the entertainment was also great! "We stayed at this resort April 23rd to May 1st. This resort is one hour from the airport and the drive is a learning experience. When we arrived we were met by some rum punch,and a quick registration and we were off to our room. We stayed in block 2 2407 with a ocean view room and could watch the sunsets. Our room needed to be a little updated and a softer mattress, but we made this room work and they are also very clean. The food is 24hrs you miss dinner or lunch you Will find something to enjoy everyday. The a la carte restaurants are good and the buffet could meet anyone's needs. The beach has lots of coral so buy some water shoes at Walmart for $8 dollars and have a great time. I could go on and on, but this is not a 5 star, but it's fun and clean and the food is great so enjoy Cuba and Blau Costa Verde."

"We stayed ate this resort the week of April 23rd to May 1st. The hotel was full and the service and the people who work there are amazing. The food is incredible and those you want to eat at any time can at this resort. They don't push you they just want you to have fun. We stayed in room 2407 which had an ocean view and the ocean is beautiful. There is lots to do at this resort if you want, and if you want to relax you can. The rooms are outdated a little but they are extremely clean, and the room is for sleep."
