"DO NOT GO TO THIS RESORT - THEFT 2 TIMES!!!!!
My inlaws are currently at this resort...YES I SAID CURRENTLY...and they have contacted us twice and both times it was because of theft.
1st time..my father in law left $600 in his pants and locked them in his suitcase, went down for breakfast and came back up to find someone had picked the lock and stole his money. Police were called but since there was no signs of break in there was nothing they could do. When they were at the lobby filling out a report there was others doing the same thing. 1 lady had $1500 taken
2nd time...last night when my inlaws were watching the evening show someone broke in then also....they stole a cell phone...WHICH WAS LOCKED IN THE SAFETY DEPOSIT BOX!!! 7 other people had cell phones stolen last night also.
How can someone feel safe when they have been violated like this? If they left things lying around I understand but to have things locked up? That's brutal..
DO NOT STAY HERE...."

"I loved the resort and the service. The only thing was after 4 days the food got really kinda repetitive which was expected. We had lobster for new year and some rabbit meat. Over all for money I paid I think it worth every penny. Definitely people should try activities such as zip line and Buggy. I have tried both and loved it to the best."

"A lovely resort, with pretty and well-maintained grounds. The food was consistently good (verging on very good), with quite a wide variety of choices for different diets and preferences. The rooms were spacious and clean (although the satellite tv could be a bit wonky at times), and everything worked (or if there was a problem, it would be attended to immediately). The pool was good fun to play in, with swim up bar, and lots of activities happening pool-side, but not conducive to "serious swimming". The beach was very nice - lots of chairs, umbrellas for shade, etc. The evening shows were generally entertaining (if often borderline bawdy and sexist). The entertainment staff truly embraced their roles as "hosts" and made a point to get to know the guests. Despite the long hours they worked, and the diverse roles they were expected to fulfill, the staff were almost unfailingly energetically friendly and engaging. General criticisms - the coffee served in the restaurants was not very good (although you could get a kick-ass cappuccino at the bar, once it opened); the wine (both red and white) served in the restaurants was awful; the pool could be maintained more assiduously; and the vendors that come to sell their wares on certain nights in the resort were often uncomfortably (and unpleasantly) aggressive; the internet service was expensive; the sunscreen price in the hotel shop - usurious!! Overall - we had a great time - I would definitely recommend Natura Park!"

"Blau Natura Park Eco Resort- Location-closest resort to Punta Cana airport (15-20 min). The overall impression of the hotel is very good. A huge green, well groomed areas of the hotel, a number of different birds, turtles, fish. Nice to just walk through and observe them. The beach is fantastic, I advise you to bring mask, snorkel and fins. Service-friendly. Room- we had large, relaxing room, comfortable bed. No problem with hot water. Only 6 channels TV, ON SPANISH AND FRENCH. Entertainment -very limited and boring, no live music at all. Food -the buffet spread is okay, a la carte restaurants -okay, nothing special. Blau Natura Resort good for families with children and elderly couples."

"We just returned from Blau Natura beach resort. I have read many reviews before as others have. I rely on honesty if you listen to some bad reviews you don,t want to go to the hotels or resorts. the food was great the rooms were nice & clean the beach is beautifull . The staff rake the beach every day several times a day. The forest like atmosphere was very calming peacocks ducks flamingos on the walkways we liked it all .
The nightly entertainment was terrific to us. I heard no complaints from guests only thing to complain about is sunburn. also like any other resort pay for a safe, because you hear stories at every resort about theft. "

"Nice and Clean Hotel. The pool is very nice, the beach is so-so (lots of sea weeds when we were there) The food is just amazing! A bit disappointing to realize that they are rated as a 3.5 star hotel in the area as they advertised themselves as a 5 star hotel. But the place is certainly worth what we paid for it. Great for young kids."

"We loved Natura Park! It was beautiful the food was great and the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The rooms weren't fancy but they were very clean and neat. I would recommend you bring a blow dryer though. The one in the room are ancient! Also bring American cash. You can get a safe for your room. All souvenir are priced in US funds so it's difficult if you have pesos. The a la carts are fabulous. We had a chameleon room and the location was amazing. We were right beside the pool and the beach. We will Definitely book Natura Park again."

"This resort gets mixed reviews, and as such you should take them with a grain of salt. People complaining about the weather and the other patrons do not realize that the resort cannot control this. As to what the resort can control... the rooms - aged but more than reasonable, beds are hard.. ok deal with it. Food- was always good, lots of it and a la cartes were top notch. Bars - always one open.. always flowing... Beach.. gorgeous. Pool.. clean and cool. The biggest problem here is the towel policy, at most resorts you have a card you change for a towel and vice versa, here some people have cards, others do not. This leads to people not caring about losing a towel, and therefore leaving it on a chair all day. A couple time we removed towels from chairs not occupied and returned them to make available the chair. I think the resorts ALL need to make a system that limits chair reservations. IT was difficult to find lounges on most days, unless you were up at 7 and "reserved' one. Great time here.. go and don't worry about the bad reviews."
