"Our stay at this all-inclusive hotel was a 5-star. Our room was big (we had 2 adults and 2 children) with a great ocean view and the beds comfortable. We enjoyed all the restaurants and room service was excellent. The staff really goes above and beyond to see you are comfortable and have a good time.
We went to a water park were my daughter slightly hurt herself on a waterslide (no fault of theirs) just a slight scrape. The water park asked us manys time if she was ok and if I wanted to have the medical staff look at her leg. They even called our hotel to let them know what had happened and after we returned to the hotel the hotel staff called us in our room to check on her and even came to the room after we ensured them it was nothing more than a scrape.
The hotel infinity pool and a swim up bar was a blast and both my kids felt at home ordering virgin frozen drinks all day long. The bartenders even made several different colored drinks just for them. They have a snack bar all day long at the pool. In my opinion you can't go wrong staying at the Cancun Place, they are great!
