"Had to change rooms after the first night. Could not get any sleep with the chickens crowing, dogs barking, etc,, due to the location of that room to the town of Boca Chica. Second room was much quieter but the view from the balcony was limited...good view of the air conditioning equipmet...no more rooms were available to change to because it was duriing busy season. Food was fine - a local person that we knew visited us and said it was good compared to local standards. Beach was very good - access was great and location of the beach was excellent."

"My 1 bedroom room was more like an apartment suite! It was quite nice and roomy; had my own balcony, living room and kitchen as well! The maid service was very well done and cute when they left you little surprises :) The meals were delicious and quite like northern americas meals so it wasnt anything weird. The staff was amazing and only 30% could speak engish. "
