"One word to describe this resort EXCELLENTE!!!! The food, drinks, service, activities were all awesome. We have been to a Sandals resort and it did not compare to the Excellence. We wanted for nothing. The staff are so friendly and helpful. They all said if you don't see what you want, just ask. We had 24 hour room service, turn down service every night. Drinks were served at the pool and the beach all day. They even brought pizza's and fruit kebobs around the pool at lunch time. We had a cabana bed at the pool each day. Activities going on all day. This is the first resort we have visited that we will definetly return to. Again, we have no complaints about anything on this resort. The grounds are beautiful. The resort is kept immaculate. Highly recommend Excellence. You wont be dissappointed."

"Hotel was fantastic. We were there for a week on our honeymoon. The service and food were excellent. Like its sister properties in Mexico, this resort is a definite 5*. If you've been to the Mayan Riviera location, you'll note some differences, but otherwise, a great hotel. We would definitely return again. The only thing that was disappointing to us was that Chez Isabelle was closed for renovations the second night into our stay. There was no notice, nor was it indicated in the nightly newsletter that is left in your room with turn down service. We were looking forward to trying this restaurant and missed out!"
