Gran Bahia Principe Bavaro Description

This hotel features all Junior Suite accommodations and a complete shopping and entertainment complex - complete with casino! Feast to your heart's content at a choice of seven restaurants, and enjoy your favourite cocktail at one of twelve bars including the piano bar. Generously-sized rooms have Jacuzzi bathtubs and mini-bars stocked with complimentary water, soft drinks and beer. Another fantastic resort option from the Gran Bahia Principe hotel chain.

Location: Located on Bavaro Beach, 60 minutes from the town of Higuey & 40 minutes from the airport.

"Travelled with my wife and 4 yr old son in first week of March from Calgary, Canada. The resort is very well kept, cleen, hyginic, lots of trees, nice beach and nice pools. Food quality and number of items were good too. Although some days we felt it was same menu but still something for everyone. The resort is HUGE therefore hard to find seat/chair on beach and pools. I'd rate room as 4 out of 5 in terms of quality of bed and other things but acceptable. Everything else i'd rate 4.5 or 5 out of 5. Had really good time overall."
