"A Beautiful place but it ends there. This resorts sucks. We paid for an Ocean View and we got a Pool view with Palm trees between which we could barely see the ocean. Food was disgusting and cold. Broken fridge...The bath has a leak which cause a huge flood on the floor. We were unable to get an A La Carte Restaurant even if we were at the reception early in the morning in order to get a place....every morning, the office opened at 9.00 and Restaurants were full at the same time (Probably reserved for the members). By the way Lifestyle focus on Members and on the ones becoming members by purchasing a Time to time travelling package which starts at 8k up to 185K. If you don't buy, you will be treated like shit and like a person on welfare...they will even tell you that you are a Welfare which they did to us by not purchasing their membership. During our stay we have been harassed at least 3 to 4 times a day by their time sharing representatives...a real nightmare. 1/2 of the resort has a awful smell of septic tank which made a lot of people sick...the smell was also in many bedrooms (many people said. Almost everyday we were running to the service people in order to get our bottle of water, pops and beers which we supposed to be included in our package. Wine was raspberry juice with alcohol."

"J'arrive de cet endroìt hier (3 janvier 2012); très décevant. Le focus est axé sur la vente de chambre en temps partagé (time sharing) et les clients de Nolitours en séjour une semaine ou deux passent en deuxième. Très difficile d'avoir accès aux restaurants à la carte car la priorité est donnée aux VIP c'est-à-dire à ceux qui sont en "time share" et peu de variété dans les buffets. Tous les employés de l'hôtel semblent désorganisés: un couple arrivé en même temps que nous a dû se faire changer de chambre trois fois car la réception leur donnait des chambres déjà occupées !!! Deux personnes retraitées (un frère et sa soeur) se sont retrouvés dans un chambre à un seul lit pour le séjour !!! Après plusieurs demandes, la troisième journée, ils les ont déplacés dans une chambre avec deux lits mais une chambre de bain (douche et bain) à aire ouverte !!!! Un autre couple avec deux enfants voyageant avec nous se sont retrouvés dans des chambres séparés (l'une pour les adultes et la seconde pour les enfants) dans deux bâtiments différents, très sécurisant pour les parents..!!!! Après 1 heure d'attente, nous avons réussi avec notre couple d'ami à être sur la liste d'attente pour un restaurant à la carte car on voulait prendre un repas ensemble et ils nous ont confirmé par un petit coupon déposé dans notre chambre en après-midi. À l'arrivé dans notre chambre vers 17H00, nous avons appris que notre réservation au restaurant est accepée pour 18H00. Notre couple d'amis à 20H00 et nous avions réservé ensemble en même temps auprès de la même personne. Il faut vraiement être imbécile !!! Si j'étais Nolitours ou autres (Transat, etc.), j'arrêterais immédiatement de vendre des forfaits à cet endroit de peur de perdre mon nom. Et je pourrais en lister encore davantage des anecdotes dignes de l'incroyable à cet endroit.....FVoisine"

"We have mixed emotions about this resort!
The food and service at the buffet was second to none, very wide variety of food on a daily basis. The hotel setting was very nice with a great ocean view from most locations. Maybe in time it might be a four star never a 5 star in our books.
Negatives.
1) Time share people was hounding us from dusk until dawn, could not go anywhere without them pushing you for a meeting. Unless you have $50,000 to $60,000 to spend shave your time and money.
2) The motel was falling apart, we had broken phones and toilets which they never fixed even after continued phone calls.
3) They had major sewage issues which forced us to move to another location, they were only at 30% capacity when we were there.
4) if you are disabled or the elderly don't even think of this resort, everywhere you go you have to walk up and down thousands of stairs.
5) If you wanted an afternoon snack there was nothing other than at the beach unless you wanted to attend the buffet again.
6) Pool side bars closed at 11:00pm, if you wanted to drink or socialize around the pool you where out of luck, you were asked to go to the disco to continue your evening.
7) Front desk and maintenance seemed to have a disconnect, if you needed anything fixed GOOD LUCK.
