"WOW!!!
We chose the Grand Palladuim Palace for our wedding. We sure got it right!
We took 30 people with us and only ONE complaint - shortage of facecloths some days - we lived. The resort is fabulous! The rooms are clean and good sized. The staff are freindly, polite, and always pleasant. There is always someone at the front desk AND they will assist with anything.
The sand and beach are exactlly as you have read - spectacular. This location really is - a little piece of paradise.
Another positive is that we were able to access two adjoining resorts within the Fiesta Hotel group - thus 14 pools, 14 bars, 7 a la carte restaurants.
AND the wedding planner was FABULOUS!!!
If you are considering a D R wedding do yourself a HUGE favour and contact Carolina - Wedding Manager Palladium Hotels & Resorts.
As one of our party put it - just AWESOME.

"My wife and I stayed at the Royal Suites in May 2007. It is an adults only portion of the Grand Palladium Palace Hotel and worth the upgrade. The beach is excellent and staff very friendly. We will return on future vacations and recommend this hotel to others."

"Royal Suites is a great value with bar service around the pool and at the beach. Hotel is very attractive and the food is overall very good. Beach is broad and long but with some waves and a drop off - okay for swimming, nothing for snorkelling. Service is excellent."
