"After researching properties on Escapes.ca and based on the information presented - we booked "superior" rooms promising "newly renovated" and amenities such as fridge, hair dryers etc.

Upon arrival we found that this was a serious misrepresentation-rooms were dirty, falling apart, doors would not lock and no extras such as the fridge etc. The food service was limited and sanitation was an issue. This is my third trip to Cuba and I have never seen anything this bad.

We had to pay a premium to move to another hotel and lost a day and a half of our vacation.
Do not go there!"

"Not a very nice hotel at all. Upgrade to a 4 star, it will be well worth it! Bad rooms and even worse food."
