A stunning hotel on the pure sands of Punta Cana, the Iberostar Grand Hotel Bavaro is a decadent escape. Its spectacular 2-storey oceanfront spa, cozy music bar and intimate in-room whirlpools make it a vacation Mecca for adults. Add in the personalized in-room services, fine dining and extravagant accommodations and this hotel will leave you asking 'Can I stay an extra week?'

Location: Beachfront, 35 minutes from Punta Cana International Airport.

"Hotel is magnificent. Rooms are smaller than they appear online but very high end for an all inclusive. Service is impeccable and so is the resort. Spa was good and easy to book - Ruth gives an excellent massage. Food was very good - every variety you can think of. A la carte restaurants were good - Japanese and Surf and Turf (great)! Buffets had excellent variety and would make anything you asked for. Beach and pool chairs superior and cabanas as well. Butlers with each room - friendly and discrete - really didn't need this service. Staff amazing and friendly - A1. Very close to airport and will return. Many repeat guests. Make sure you book your seats 24 hrs in advance like your escapes representative suggests. We did have trouble securing seats the day of with Air Canada. Sheila our agent was top notch and very personal."

Holy Week, leading up to Easter is a major holiday in the Dominican Republic. Beach and Watersports activities and Alcohol may not be available during this period and can be cancelled at any time. IMPORTANT The Government of the Dominican Republic has increased the fee payable for the Justice of the Peace when getting married in the DR from $75US to $425US effective Jan 31/2007 & is at additional cost.
