"This is rather 'biased' review, because this was our third visit to Jamaica and second to Iberostar Rose Hall Suites, so we deliberately chose the place. And we were not let down. The property is spotless, the staff is hardworking, polite and very friendly. The check-in was speedy, we had a great ocean-front room on the top floor and we really enjoyed it. We've never had any troubles finding a spot on the beach, the beach was always cleaned up in the morning, the water was absolutely gorgeous. The waters there are full of marine life, starfishes close to beach, few stingrays, and thousands and thousand of fish near the man-made reef they build just 15-20 meters off the shore. Food was very good at the buffet, plenty of choice, great selection for anyone, and very tasty. Great selection of fish and seafood (that's for us), but you could satisfy any preference. Drinks were OK, the best ones obviously at bars, at the lobby, music bar and a theatre. Great entertainment team, we met some guys and girls from our previous stay and they recognized us immediately. We went for a local snorkeling trip and it was a real blast for the entire family. My wife and my 8 years old daughter really enjoyed it. The only (!) negative comment is for the Sunquest. We travelled before with Air Canada Vacations, then with Sunwing and this time with Sunquest. Never again with them. The reps at the airport behaved like a headless chicken and the hotel rep was nonexistent. We've never been given orientation package and he's never tried to contact us. Other than that, cannot wait for the return to paradise :-)!"

"Just returned from the Iberostar RH Suites in Montego bay, and had the best vacation at any all inclusive resort ever.This is a true 5 star experience.The rooms are beautiful and very comfortable.The food is excellent in the buffet and in the a la carte restaurants. The service is remarkable, and the staff is very warm and friendly.The pools, bars, and beach are amazing, and the entire resort is immaculate.The evening entertainment could use some improvement, but after a long day outside in the Jamaican sun, and a delicious dinner every night, the night entertainment doesn't seem an issue. I will definitely return to this resort on my next vacation to Jamaica."

"Stayed at Iberostar RH Suites end of March. Hotel was immaculate. Have stayed with various hotel chains in past and always enjoy Iberostar: did not disappoint with exceptional food and staff genuinely friendly and great reception staff. Gourmet and steakhouse restaurants were the best, although we tried them all. Definitely enjoyed eating lunches outside in the fresh air restaurant which turns into the steakhouse in the evenings. The beach barbecue can't be missed.
We used the kayaks frequently and can go out to the reef and see tropical fish in the coral reef from the boats.
The gym has actual life fitness equipment. Spa pricing expensive.
Certain behind the scenes staff made a difference for us as well as the food. Although we miss the long winding pools and lush foliage of many mayan riviera hotels, and a few more open air restaurants, we would return to this hotel and to Jamaica again. Is worth the upgrade definitely to the suites over the beach. Definitely rate 5/5"
