DAY 1: Departure to Vienna
Overnight flight to Vienna
DAY 2: Arrive Vienna (2 nights)
Arrive in Vienna and transfer to your hotel. In the afternoon, meet the tour guide. Overnight in Vienna.
DAY 3: Vienna
Breakfast at the hotel. In the morning, go on a sightseeing tour of Vienna. See the State Opera House, the Museum of Fine Arts, the Museum of Natural History, the Parliament, the Burgtheater, the City Hall, and the University. Drive by St. Charles Church en route to the Belvedere Garden, with its spectacular view of the city. Afternoon at leisure or enjoy an optional excursion (fee) to the Vienna Woods. In the evening, consider a classical concert or dinner at a typical Austrian wine tavern in the Grinzing area (both optional). Overnight in Vienna. (Buffet Breakfast)
DAY 4: Vienna / Budapest (2 nights) (250 km)
After breakfast, depart for Budapest, the Hungarian capital, divided into the two regions of Buda and Pest, by the Danube River. In the after noon enjoy a half-day sightseeing tour of Budapest. Start with Heroes' Square and St. Stephen's Church before continuing to Buda to see the famous Fisherman's Bastion, and enjoy a spectacular view of the Parliament and the Danube. See St. Stephen's Monument, Gellert Hill and other sites of interest. In the evening, consider an optional (fee) dinner at a typical farm with gypsy music and Hungarian dances. Overnight in Budapest. DAY 5: Budapest
After breakfast, take advantage of a full day at leisure. Enjoy optional (fee) day excursions such as an excursion to the Hungarian plains, a visit of Gödöllö's baroque castle or an excursion to the beautiful Danube Bend villages of Szentendre or Esztergom. Overnight in Budapest. (Buffet Breakfast)
DAY 6: Budapest / Prague (2 nights) (650 km)
Early morning departure for Prague via Brno (no entry in Slovakia). Afternoon arrival and check-in at your hotel. Overnight in Prague. (Buffet Breakfast)
DAY 7: Prague
Morning sightseeing tour of Prague. Visit the historic centre. Then cross the Vlatva River on the famous St. Charles Bridge and continue to the Old Town to see the Old Town Hall's 500-year old astronomical clock. The afternoon is at leisure. Enjoy an optional excursion such as an afternoon coffee cruise on the Moldavia River, for example. In the evening, attend a performance of the Black Theatre or enjoy a typical dinner at Prague's famous U Fleku restaurant (both optional; extra cost). Overnight in Prague. (Buffet Breakfast)
DAY 8: Prague / Vienna (340 km)
Morning at leisure to enjoy the magic of the town that was home to Mozart and Kafka. At noon depart for Vienna. Arrival in Vienna in the late afternoon. (Buffet Breakfast)

After breakfast, transfer to the airport for your return flight. (Buffet Breakfast)
