"The pick-up at the airport was right on time. The hotel personnel were always courteous and very friendly. The rooms, grounds and dining/lounging areas were clean and well maintained. Mama Yvonne's buffet, three times a day, was good and basic. Breakfast was our best meal, the others tend to be repetitious. Paul, the manager, was efficient, available, and helpful. Michael, the security officer on the beach is attentive and takes his job seriously. Overall, the staff were mostly cheerful and ready to be of service. The cleaning staff consistently did a very good job. We would have appreciated a regular substitute for meat during lunch and dinner. Overall we were very satisified."
