"I found that the beach was not clean and had lots of seaweed. I was not happy that the pool was closed while I was there and that I found out about it on the bus to the resort.. I found the agent to be very helpfull and friendly."

"I have stayed at Rancho Luna on several occasions but it is going down hill fast.It is presently under new management and they certainly do not meet any expectations of a tourist. This hotel used to be a favorite among Canadians but now very few go there as the hotel is extremely poorly run.

The food at Rancho Luna is terrible I only had two average meals that were fit to eat in the two weeks that I stayed there. The place around the pool in not kept clean rubbish and such all over the place.One would be much better off spending a few extra dollars and going to another resort.

The present management are not interested in foreign tourists as they seem to be more interested in catering to the local Cuban element the frequents the resort on the weekends.

Do yourself a favour and just book a resort in another location, I am sure you will be much happier and have your expectations met. "
