"The hotel was absolutely outstanding. From the moment we got there. From the service, the drinks, food, the pool and the people it was absolutely beautiful and definitely a five star.

The only negative was the airline. Thomas Cook is by far the absolute worst airline we have ever flown with. We were delayed 1.5 hours for overweight. The had to take off 54 pieces of luggage. Those people who were unfortunate enough to have the luggage taken off, did not get it back until Monday. (We departed on Saturday) We found out on the return, that some did not receive their luggage at all and the airline had no idea where it was. There were several weddings happening at our resort and some of the party members had their luggage removed. We were lucky as we got all our luggage.

We spoke to several other people, who had arrived on different days, and all the flights had been delayed, some as much as 12 hours and Thomas Cook, nor Sunquest made any indication that there would be compensation."
