Our Opinion

A small resort right beside Atlantis on Paradise Island. Popular with families, has good food. Great views from every room. Marina Village is close by; you can shop for fashion and souvenirs but make sure you do it after 5 pm, after the cruise ship traffic is over.

Each one of the 340 rooms in Riu Palace Paradise Island boasts a spectacular view of the ocean and enjoys a prime location next to Atlantis. The hotel showcases the great amenities offered in all Riu properties throughout the Caribbean.

Location: On 3 miles of beach, a short drive to downtown & 30 minutes from the airport. Adjacent to Atlantis Paradise Island.

"April 2005 - enjoyed the holiday, but there was no entertainment which made the stay very boring. All there was was the front lobby bar to socialize. Beach was a bit of a long walk down some stairs to the beach which was very windy at that time. Hotel was ok, but not considered over a '3'. "

"This is not a 5 star resort. Our stay was actually very comfortable however when you expect a 5 star and come to find that it is really something less than that, you are bound to be disappointed. Biggest complaint was the lack of entertainment available in the evenings at the resort inself."
