"As a return customer to Viva Wyndham in La Romana, Dominican Republic, that in itself says that I am quite satisfied with the hotel accomodations and service. Although I have been to this hotel many times, I never get tired of the spectacular beach and ocean it provides, and it seems there is always something new or different to see or experience at the hotel as it has undergone a few minor to large renovations in the time I have been going (2-3 times a year since 2006). We always have a clean room, and timely service when requested-however timely in the islands should be understood to be in hours not minutes-which is acceptable to me. While the food did get repetitive after 2 weeks, there's always yummy pina coladas and fresh fruit! In terms of booking, I am pleased to book with the same agent on a regular basis as my info is on file and he is aware of my specific needs and preferences, thus that makes booking easier and more convenient for me. Thanks to Viva Wyndham and Escapes for always coming through with a happy experience!"
