"Travelled to Santa Lucia and stayed at Caracol during the "FESTIVAL" 2009 was a great time. Very safe on and off resort, lots of entertainment, amazing weather and very friendly locals. Would go back in a heartbeat!

"I think it's an ideal place for a couple or family trying to travel on the cheap and merely looking for sun and relaxation. However, if you're a young group of friends looking for some excitement, there's really not that much going on here. Entertainment outside the resort is limited, and the food inside the resort is pretty bad. I wouldn't go back, and I would rather pay the extra couple of hundred dollars to go to Mexico."

"We enjoyed the area and spent quite a bit of time in the little remote village, meeting the people. The weather wasn't the best, it was rainy and windy most of the time so we couldn't get out on the ocean, but God has control of the weather so we didn't complain. We will definately think of going back there again."

"Santa-Lucia is a pretty and quiet area of Cuba. When you go to Santa-Lucia, you must visit Coco Beach, the coral and Camaguey City. I personally love Santa-Lucia compare to other place in Cuba. The charm of the cubain in Santa-Lucia is different from other area. People are very nice and Coco Beach is much beautiful as Hawai or Fiji beaches."
