"Overall we had an excellent time on the trip! All the documents were sent to us right away, with all the information provided, which was very helpful! Our package included show tickets, but due to restrictions from the hotel and date that shows were available, it made it quite confusing to select a show. The resetrictions were very unclear and a lot of the shows that we wanted to see were not available on the dates that we travelled to. Suggestion would be if those shows are not available on the dates of travel, they should not even be allowed to select those shows. Another bad experience was the shuttle bus from the airport to out hotel. We waited almost one hour before the shuttle bus came to pick the group up, which is an extremly unacceptable amount of time for a shuttle bus, which is suppose to run very frequently. Also, because we had flown in on a later flight, guests were already very tired. When the shuttle bus came, it was not able to accomodate all the guests, and some guests had to wait and switch to another shuttle bus! During the process of having to switch shuttle buses we had to line up again and get another ticket, or stamp, which makes no sense because we are only taking a shuttle bus. workers at showtime shuttle should have provided quicker, better service for guests, especially having to wait almost one hour! Also, our shuttle bus driver, after dropping us off, just stood there, stuck out his hand and was very rude in asking us for tips. Never have i seen someone actually do that, not to mention after having to wait one hour for a shuttle bus, and we were extremly tired! Also, on the way back, it seemed that the westjet crew that were working the gates were not very professional. They were not clear and loud as to the reason of delays which created a scene where everyone got up and gathered around the gate to try to get on the plane when they were not suppose to. But overall the trip was good!"

"Las Vegas is just a wonderful destination. You can see and do almost anything you can imagine, from lying on the beach to driving race cars to losing your money or winning it back. People are friendly and ready for a good time."

"Four ladies booked Vegas for their 50th year party. Then three more decided to join us. It was the first time for four and two had last been there in the eighties. One had been last year and stayed at The Winn. Well now that was where we had to go.
We got a great deal with Escapes and just got back. The flight and transfers were great but the hotel was amazing. We had a little trouble with checking in as our room was not ready until 4:45 and we would have loved to check in and go down to the pool right at 3:00 or before. Once we were in the vacation was perfect. The rooms were spacious and service was wonderful. Our hotel was the nicest of all the hotels we went to. We had great weather so we got to enjoy the beautiful poolside and have a margarita or two.
We saw two shows and went to the Dueling pianos at New York New York. All were good experiences. As none of us had gambled before so that was new and fun too. I am sure I don't have to mention the shopping. The buffets are really special so make sure to try a breakfast and a dinner one.
Vegas had never been on my list of places to go but if the right deal came up I would like to go with my husband and another couple or the ladies again."

"Las Vegas is a fantastic place. Lots of great things to see. Make sure though that you have lots of money because it is expensive. No more cheap buffets and drinks are costly unless you are a gambler. Dress warm because it does get cold at night and wear good comfortable walking shoes."

"From the the minute I got on the Sunwing (shiny newer jet!!), I felt a difference in the attitude of the flight crew. They were friendly, huge smiles, and the service was top notch!!! Vegas, is not your fathers version of 20 years ago......This Vegas is Clean, Friendly, lots of things to do.......and Yes, you still can sin if you want to. The food is AMAZING, even the buffets, leaving you in awe.
On the other hand, the whole family friendly concept from about 5 years ago is having, in my opinion, less success.... Do you want your kids waling thru a casino for cheap food, or seeing magazines offering the flesh trade....No, take the kids to Disney and give me Vegas for Adult Fun.
Highly reccomend Las vegas, Sunwing and Luxor hotel for premium service, great food and lots of fun!!!

"I loved it! The hotels were amazing and the theme hotels were out of this world!!! I highly recommend that you take at least a week there to enjoy the sights and sounds of the Vegas strip. I also recommend that you try out as many hotels as possible, they all are so different and have so much to offer."
